HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS

We service many Homeowners Associations and have rear plows that pull the snow away from garage doors on driveways. We find that an effective way to handles snow removal at our multi-unit properties. 

Sidewalk to units and mailbox units are hand-shoveled. 

Snow and ice management is an emergency service business. We employ skilled personnel that provide excellent and dependable service. 

EQUIPMENT

We take pride in our equipment and vehicle fleet. Our maintenance staff services our equipment to ensure it is ready when needed and that the vehicles are clean and professional.

SALT/DE-ICING

We have bulk storage for our salt/de-icing products on-site and have our supply through Morton Salt prior to the snow season which gives us an edge in pricing and ensures we have salt when needed. 

WEATHER STATION

We have access to state of the art radar and forecasting services to identify and react to upcoming weather events.

COMMUNICATIONS

All our personnel are equipped with cell phones or 2-way radios so dispatcher knows where all employees are and the progress made at each property. 

AVAILABILTY

We are available 24/7 which is critical in the snow business. Someone can always be reached if needed.
